In 2011 we had just in excess of 20 guest ales for you to try plus DT3, DT4 and a special DT Royal on the pump brewed at the The Royal Standard (The venue for The Upwey Beer Festival).. These were accompanied by 8 guest ciders and 11 guest wines. Mendip spring water (as with all our beers), goes into the brewing of this crisp, thirst-quenching bit- ter. Light amber in colour…the beer is dominated by hops that give characteristic citrus notes, whilst balanced with a floral aroma and a clean, dry finish. Tantalisingly fresh!
